Orders placed by 4pm on the same day will be processed and delivered to couriers within seven (7) working days. Exceptions are Saturdays and Sundays. If there is no availability, you will be notified of the delay by email, as well as the reasons and the new deadline for sending the order.

Upon successful completion of the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the total amount of the order and the ordered products. Orders are sent by courier to the courier’s office or customer’s address, at the customer’s request. The delivery is made with the courier company Econt. The cost of delivery varies, depending on whether the customer will receive the package at the courier’s office or at an address.
